Drivers had to repeatedly log in and out to reach the information they needed most, with detour data only visible while logged out.
Devatwork ran on-site interviews across driver, HR, and admin roles to trace exactly where the access flow broke down.
Some critical data, including schedules and duty overviews, could go stale, making the intranet less reliable than the informal tools drivers used instead.

HR disseminated performance sheets by exporting them from the planning tool, converting each to PDF, and uploading them one by one per driver.

Contact forms and reporting flows took multiple clicks to complete, and important items like HR forms were buried in menus.
The team mapped the full navigation structure by role and identified where information architecture needed to be rebalanced.
Result
The audit gave Multiobus a clear, evidence-based picture of where its intranet was failing drivers, HR, and admin staff, replacing assumptions with findings from direct interviews and hands-on review of the existing platform. It closed with a phased, prioritised roadmap Multiobus can use to scope and budget a future rebuild whenever they're ready to pursue it.
